In the crypto asset market there is a lack of established market infrastructure and standards between trading venues, custodians and participants. This great company is using deep and multi-market expertise as trusted custodians of traditional securities and combining them with the agility of a fintech set up to provide secure and innovative custody services for cryptoassets.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to branch into Sales and to support the Sales Team at a leading financial services consultancy in London and help the team drive the business forward.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide Admin support to the team
  • Support with the management of the Sales Team which may include diary management. Ensuring the team are aligned and attending mandatory meetings.
  • Take minutes and follow up on Actions from the Sales Meeting
  • Support the Sales process including Proposals
  • Maintain Data on Salesforce
  • Support the Bid Management and Design Team
  • Update Documents and Materials
  • Create and Maintain Sales documentation
  • Track Sales goals and KPIs
  • Support as required to help achieve individual and company sales targets

Qualifications
  • No essential education required
  • Some experience of providing general admin support to Sales or Operations in a busy office would be beneficial
  • Certificate in Business and / or Administration would be a plus

Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to comprehend and summarise information
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively, including management of other internal stakeholders
Ability to work to internal and customer driven deadlines, with the flexibility to react to changes in business priorities
Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
