They work closely with Local Authorities and schools to provide tailored tutoring interventions that boost confidence, nurture relationships, and propel young minds forward. Job Overview: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll play a key role in their mission.Â
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining relationships with Local Authorities and schools, because we believe in spreading good vibes everywhere.
- Creating and communicating customer account reports – think of it as sharing the educational love.
- Attending regular account meetings to be the HLTA hero our team deserves.
- Working with the Account Manager to make sure we're always best in class.
- Assisting the Manager with costings and funding for each account – numbers are our friends.
- Sifting through potential tutors and interviewing them for their dream roles.
- Handling administration duties, like reporting absences and reviewing weekly reports – keeping everything shipshape.
- Being the go-to for day-to-day queries from our awesome point of contact.
- Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring the progress of each account – because progress is our middle name.
- Creating and updating process documentation for each account – keeping things organized like a perfectly stacked bookshelf.
- Supporting the Bid Writer to bring in new business to their accounts – expanding our horizons.
Here are the skills you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills – we're all about connection.
- The ability to engage and work collaboratively – teamwork makes the dream work.
- Killer business acumen, analytical, and statistical skills – numbers don't lie.
- Strong business writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality content – wordsmiths, we want you.
- Juggling multiple tasks with ease – like spinning plates at a circus.
- At least 2 years of experience in account/relationship executive roles – experience is the name of the game.
Desirable:
- Understanding of disengaged CYPs and special educational needs – empathy goes a long way.
- Knowledge of the education system – it's like knowing the secret handshake.
