Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality one-on-one alternative teaching for pupils with SEN, Social, Mental and Emotional Health needs.
Work flexibly across various locations, including schools, pupil homes, and external venues.
Employ creative and engaging teaching methods to cater to pupils outside mainstream education.
Support and guide students in developing identified areas of weakness.
Collaborate with the Alternative Provision Lead, parents, schools, and authorities.
Requirements:
Recent experience teaching SEN students up to KS4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt materials and teaching styles to individual needs.
Commitment to safeguarding and following relevant policies.
Reliable travel to multiple schools across the city.
