Our partner, a vibrant independent day school, is on the hunt for an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to kickstart a fulfilling journey this month. They specialise in nurturing Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 students with EHC Plans, embracing social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties alongside a spectrum of learning challenges, including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

Job Overview

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role revolves around creating a supportive and engaging environment for students.

  • Supporting students one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet unique needs.
  • Expertly managing challenging behaviors with a caring touch.
  • Collaborating seamlessly under the guidance of the class teacher.
