This is an exciting opportunity working for an Office broker in London that covers all of the UK to help companies find their perfect office space.
Overview of the role: As a commercial real estate broker in the city of London, we are looking for a number of people to fill consultative sales and marketing roles. This is a start-up company that is looking to expand and grow tremendously in 2021, and we need people who are willing to learn, adapt and succeed in our company. We are strong believers of nurturing and developing talent.
For the sales roles, you need to be articulate and a good communicator on the phone and in person as you will be dealing with commercial people. You do not need commercial or real estate experience as training and support will be provided. However, you will need to be enthusiastic and dynamic in your approach and manner and be able to set up and use a CRM system.
For the marketing roles, we are looking for people that have experience in website design and SEO optimisation, email marketing (with HTML and coding experience desirable), social media marketing and strategy testing would be desirable. If you have experience in copywriting, writing blogs and articles, designing posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and any other social media platforms would also be highly desirable. You will need to be able to analyse which marketing strategies are working best and achieves the best ROI. If you have video production and editing skills, then that is also a plus. If you also have graphic design experience, then that's also a plus.
