They are now looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Office Administrator to support daily operations, customer service, HR and administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that is shaping the future of sustainable living.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations
- Handling customer communication, booking appointments and coordinating work schedules
- Ordering materials and liaising with merchants to ensure competitive pricing
- Preparing quotations and sales orders and managing post-sales support
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating meetings and planning internal company social events
- Creating and managing customer contracts, ensuring they align with MCS standards
- Monitoring compliance and maintaining accurate contract records and reports
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract clarity
- Supporting process improvements in contract and project management
- Maintaining employee records, managing holidays and absences and onboarding new staff
- Supporting recruitment processes and employee reviews
- Logging staff expenses and ensuring compliance with HR documentation
- Strong experience in office administration or similar roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident using business software, particularly Google Workspace
- Experience using Monday.com is highly desirable
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to prioritise, work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Friendly, professional and a collaborative team player
