The Role
We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to play a vital role in this renowned agency. The successful applicant will be a confident client handler with proven digital marketing expertise. You will craft compelling stories to captivate audiences across digital, social, events and media channels.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will manage a team of 1-3 Executives/Senior Executives. As the link between strategy and delivery, you will oversee multiple projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery that exceeds expectations. Your analytical abilities and passion for process improvement will identify efficiency opportunities.

This is a full-time role with a salary of £40-45k depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships as main contact and trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with teams to execute projects successfully
  • Provide regular project updates on status, challenges, and opportunities
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations
  • Promote collaboration, communication and mutual respect among team members
  • Proactively troubleshoot and implement solutions to bottlenecks
  • Analyse and report on project performance to senior management
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Set up, optimise, and report on PPC campaigns
  • Craft creative briefs and presentations to engage clients
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and participate in pitches

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Extensive digital marketing expertise
  • Develop and execute digital growth strategies focused on user acquisition, retention and engagement
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
  • Expertise in PPC advertising including Google Ads and Analytics
  • Proficiency in email marketing campaign creation
  • Strong social media marketing abilities on Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience managing a B2B LinkedIn presence including content creation
  • Proven ability to generate earned media coverage across digital and social channels
  • Strong client handling experience providing strategic counsel
  • Ability to translate complex information into engaging content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, ambitious, and entrepreneurial with strong initiative, organisation and attention to detail
