Our client has experienced rapid growth over the last few years, and we require an experienced People and Culture Manager who can contribute to the overall success of our people strategy of our 30 strong team. A role that requires someone capable of staying calm and diligent, delivering a comprehensive HR service to support the agency with overseeing the numerous day-to-day HR activities across the agency.
They are looking for a People and Culture Manager with 2-3 years of experience – who is confident and approachable! You should have experience in delivering HR services within a fast-paced agency or similar business.
Excellent communication and reporting skills are a MUST, and you should be proficient and timely with your use of HR reporting software and capable of keeping up to date with the latest HR trends, skills and employee relation changes.

- Provide direct support to Directors in various HR processes/programs, including performance management and exit management
- Advise members of the business on HR law and new legislation
- Partner with the wider team to resolve employee/manager questions and support service delivery including the resolution of employee payroll enquiries, data issues and schedule changes
- Manage employee sick days and HR requests
- Work with directors to identify and validate job requirements and support the talent acquisition process
- Ensure agency-wide policies and hiring practices are diverse and inclusive
- Develop diverse talent pools, maintain university relationships, secure resources for and participate in recruiting events in collaboration with the wider team
- Conduct in-person/agency-specific onboarding program activities
- Coordinate resolution of disputes, appeals and grievances
- Schedule required training/learning sessions and follow up as needed
- Coordinate HR reporting and analytics requirements and maintain employee records in compliance with GDPR
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and programmes in compliance with applicable laws
- Plan, manage and implement social events and activities that would suit a hybrid and remote team and help shape our culture
- Have 2/3+ years of HR experience
- ??CIPD qualified
- Have experience delivering HR services to a fast-paced agency or similar
- Have experience working with a hybrid team
- Have excellent communication skills across ALL areas.
