Warehouse Operative Nights
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work nights at our clients Depot in Quedgeley Gloucester. This role will be a Temporary to Permanent opportunity. The key responsibilities of this role are:
- To handle light and heavy parcels moving them manually to the correct locations/bays within the depot. Either manually or mechanically as directed by the Shift Manager
- To monitor and prevent damage to goods and to inform a Shift Manager where damage is identified
- To implement the Health and Safety Policy, ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- To implement the Security Policy ensuring and maintaining a secure passage of goods for the customer
- Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management or the Shift Manager
- Work well as part of a team
- Excellent communicator
- Problem Solver
- Deals with issues as they arise.
- Excellent timekeeping
- Target driven (All parcels movements / on time / correct)
- Work well under pressure and too tight deadlines
- Shift Patterns Available
- 5 nights per week working from 23:30 to 08:30
- 4 nights per week working from 23:30 to 09:30
