This role is a vital client liaison and will work on creating strategies to build the client's brand, generate leads, and protect their reputation. Job Overview:

As the Senior Integrated Marketing Lead, you'll be the face of the company’s expanding Paid and Integrated marketing practice. You'll take on large-scale marketing engagements and retainers, including paid media agency retainers, thought leadership promotion programs, demand generation marketing programs, and full-scale integrated marketing programs. You'll work hand-in-hand with the internal team, including creative, digital, and paid media, to deliver top-notch marketing programs for our clients.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • B2B Marketing Strategy: You'll develop and manage B2B marketing strategies for Financial and Professional services clients.
  • Client Programs: You'll lead client programs from strategy development to campaign delivery, ensuring the success of each initiative.
  • Marketing Collaboration: You'll work with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing programs.
  • Client Liaison: You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Business Development: You'll partner with leaders and clients to expand relationships and contribute to client pitches.
  • Thought Leadership: You'll help write thought leadership for the practice area and elevate its profile.
  • Mentorship: You'll manage and mentor junior staff on client engagements and help with recruitment.
  • Budget and Deliverables: You'll develop and track budgets, project plans, and other deliverables related to campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7-10 years of marketing/digital marketing experience
  • Leadership ability and positive attitude
