Our client, an international company based in High Wycombe, is looking for a Marketing and Events Co-ordinator to join their team.
You will be supporting the team across a variety of marketing, promotional and digital activities.
We are looking for highly motivated, vibrant, enthusiastic, creative individuals with a can do attitude. Marketing experience would be ideal but we would consider a strong candidate with admin experience looking to get into marketing!
Main responsibilities:
- Enhance the brand image by supervising events, exhibitions, webinars and online events
- Working with the marketing team to prepare budgets, setting deadlines, creating concepts and identifying the objectives for the events program
- Implementing budget, invoicing and logistics for events
- Selecting and negotiating with event and exhibition vendors and monitoring their activities
- Managing the promotions across a range of channels
- Ensuring that branding of the event is in line with corporate guidelines
- Attending and managing stands at events and exhibitions
- Leading the development, promotion and delivery of online events and webinars
- Preparing and presenting event reports
- Coordinate internal and external communications liaising with relevant staff
- Manage promotional items; stock levels, sourcing new promotional items and ordering
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing activities focusing on the marketing funnel
- Support campaign development and management including creating value propositions and messaging, setting up campaigns in CRM and workflows in HubSpot
- Agency management
- Marketing degree or equivalent
- Proven admin and/or marketing communications experience
- Strong experience in managing third party agencies
- Ability to create reports
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience – desirable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate
- Good understanding of all concepts and principles underpinning modern marketing
- A passion for marketing
- Driving license required.
