As the Office/Operations Manager, you'll be a jack-of-all-trades in the London office, taking care of everything from managing the kitchen pantry to assisting with office-wide events. You'll work closely with the London management team to enhance and implement processes and systems to effectively manage the office. And, you'll also get to show off your talent acquisition skills as you support with the recruiting function.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Helping the London management team implement processes and systems to run the office smoothly
- Acting as the IT liaison to ensure every team member has the necessary equipment and technology
- Maintaining relationships with building management and vendors
- Providing assistance for in-person meetings and firm-wide events
- Watering the office plants (yes, you read that right!)
- Supporting with recruiting and maintaining a talent pipeline
Here are the skills you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition
- Confidentiality skills
- Knowledge of office organization and management principles
- Experience managing employee relations
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask multiple responsibilities
